What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do my best to package everything safely and haven’t had anything have a problem yet! Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.


How do I make sure the art is the right size?

I totally get it. Buying art is a big investment and you want to make sure that your artwork is going to look right/fit on your wall. I recommend using blue tape or newsprint taped to your wall in the size and shape of the artwork you are interested in purchasing. This can help you figure out if it’s too big, too small, or just right! I am always happy to work with you to commission a piece of art that is just the right size for your space and budget!

I’m not a photoshop wiz, but if you email me with a well lit photo of the blank wall in your home or office, I can do my best to create a digital mock up with the piece of art you have in mind for you to approve before we proceed. Email: studiomaryleaharrisart@gmail.com


When will I receive my order?

Thank you for your supporting my small business and adding a piece of art to your own collection! Each painting is carefully packaged and requires time for drying, varnishing, photographing, and in some cases framing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders but it’s usually within 7 days.

Shipping time and costs are determined by the dimensions of the artwork purchased and the custom box that has to be built to send it. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. I’m currently based in Bend, Oregon. We sometimes have shipping delays due to inclement weather like heavy snowfall, mudslides, pass closures and forest fires. I will always reach out and communicate with you if there are weird natural disasters going on so you’ll know what’s up!
